for Accounting and Tax Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of accounting and tax services by Fairka Consulting in Tax and Accounting (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to you (“Client”). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Services

1.1. Description: We will provide accounting and tax-related services as agreed upon in writing or as described in our engagement letter.
1.2. Fees: The fees for our Services will be as specified in our engagement letter or as otherwise agreed upon.

 

Client’s Responsibilities

2.1. Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete financial and tax information required for the provision of Services.
2.2. Records: You are responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
2.3. Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax and financial regulations.

 

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and records, except as required by law or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Ownership of Documents

All workpapers, documents, and reports prepared by us remain our property. Upon payment of all fees, you will have a limited right to use the documents solely for your internal business purposes.

 

Fees and Payment

5.1. Invoicing: Fees will be invoiced as specified in our engagement letter or as otherwise agreed upon.
5.2. Payment: Payment is due on the date of the invoice.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate our engagement with written notice. You agree to pay any fees for Services rendered up to the termination date.

 

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from our Services is limited to the total fees paid by you for those Services.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated terms will be provided to you in writing, and your continued engagement with our Services will indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms.
